bohobarks.com is operated by BohoBarks, a sole proprietorship based in Durango, Colorado. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. Using the site
You may browse the site and place orders for your own personal use. Please don't misuse the site, try to break or overload it, or use it for anything unlawful.
3. Products and handmade variation
Our collars are handmade from leather and hand-woven Berber carpet, so colours and patterns vary from piece to piece. Photos are representative, and the collar you receive may differ slightly from the one pictured. Our Surprise / Assorted collar is an artisan's-choice design.
4. Pricing
Prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but a change won't affect an order you've already placed. If we find a pricing or listing error, we may correct it and, if needed, cancel and refund the affected order.
5. Orders and payment
For now, checkout runs through our Etsy shop, and Etsy's terms apply to those orders alongside these. If we enable on-site checkout, payments will be processed by Stripe Checkout. An order is not final until we ship it, and we may cancel and refund any order we are unable to fulfil.
6. Shipping and exchanges
How we ship, and how size exchanges, returns and damaged items work, is described on our shipping and returns page, which forms part of these terms.
7. Proper use and safety
Our collars are for supervised, everyday wear. Please check the fit regularly, and remove the collar if it becomes damaged or worn. They are not designed for tie-outs, tethering or unsupervised restraint, and you use them at your own risk. Take the collar off when your dog is unattended where it could snag.
8. Intellectual property
The text, photographs, designs and the BohoBarks name on this site belong to BohoBarks or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
9. Third-party links
The site may link to other websites, such as Etsy. We don't control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided “as is”, and BohoBarks is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law that cannot be waived.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
